APP cannot connect
After the device is connected to the cloud, the APP is forbidden to connect (wifi is hidden). To return to APP control mode, you can use the following methods:
1) The cloud selects disconnection, disconnects the route connection within 10 seconds, the device returns to normal mode
2) Click the net button on the back of the device to exit the cloud
3) Press the A button of the remote control to exit the cloud

Cloud display online, control no response
Restart the device. If this occurs frequently, check whether the routed network communication is stable and the web page is not running smoothly. You are advised to use a browser with a non-IE kernel, such as chrome and firefox. If using 360 browser, switch to speed mode.

The device list appears offline, but no operation is performed to exit or disconnect from the cloud
Check whether the route connection is normal and the network is smooth
Refresh Wait 2-3 minutes and check whether the device is successfully reconnected. Check whether the device works properly
